 Dues Renewal

Please fill out the on-line form below. The updated information will be sent to the RMDIAI Membership Secretary. Once you have filled out and submitted the form, return here and proceed to the PayPal button to submit your renewal dues. Please be sure to include your name, so your payment can be linked to your online membership renewal.  If you are paying for multiple individuals, please pay for each person separately, so the payment can be accurately linked to each member.  If you are already a member of PayPal, you may use your current login information and submit funds. If you are not a PayPal member, then you may register and submit your dues renewal funds. Renew your dues prior to April 15th each year.
