General Attendee Information

sConference Registration Prices
- Members (full conference): $200
-Non-members (full conference): $250
-Student members (full conference): $100

-All full conference registrations will include a complimentary Lunch Banquet ticket

-Daily registrations are available for each member type (this will not include a Lunch Banquet ticket, but can be added if you wish to attend)

- Discounted prices are available for the following:

speakers (members and non-members/ discount based on the number of hours presenting)
division officers (100% discount)
Aurora CSI/Crime Lab employees (only if you are also an RMDIAI member/ 100% discount)- if you are currently not an RMDIAI member, but would like the conference discount, you must first apply to become a member. After you receive a membership confirmation email, you may then register with the discounted rate.

Deadline to Register
Online registration will close on August 28th, 2026

If you would still like to register past August 28, please reach out to us through our contact form on our website. Keep in mind of the following for any late registrations:
- there will be an additional fee of +$50 for all members and non-members
- student prices will remain the same
- this will not include banquet lunch and business lunch

Cancelation Policy
Last day to cancel for a FULL REFUND is August 28, 2026. Any cancelations after this date will forfeit their registration fee at 100%

Conference Schedule and Workshops

- workshops (at no additional cost) can be added to your registration and will be available for reservation shortly
