Security
The exhibit space (Aurora Foyer) is an unsecured hallway with public access. If anything needs to be secured, it can be moved to the storage/ coat room which will remained locked by the hotel staff. There will be no security personnel posted in the exhibit space (Aurora Foyer). Neither the RMDIAI nor Hotel Colorado will be responsible for the security of exhibit materials or equipment. If you need to make special arrangements for security, please contact the RMD-IAI as soon as possible. Cancellation Policy Notice of cancellation must be made in writing (no exceptions) and sent to Kimberly Gilbreath at [email protected] Cancellations received 30 business days prior to the event will be refunded 50% of the cost of the sponsorship. Cancellations made after that time will not receive any refund. The RMD-IAI reserves the right to cancel the contract for any reason. In case of cancellation the sole liability of the RMD-IAI is limited to a refund of the sponsorship fee. |
