General Exhibitor Information
RMDIAI would like to invite you and your company to exhibit your product line or services at the Rocky Mountain Division of the International Association for Identification's (RMDIAI) 2026 Educational Conference to be held September 14-16, 2026, at the Hyatt Regency in Aurora, Colorado.
We have various packages that allow you to either represent your company in person or through a sponsorship. If representing in person, vendors will be set up in the Aurora III Room and can choose to lock up items in the storage/coat room if needed.

Security
The exhibit space (Aurora III) is a secured room, where materials can be left overnight if needed. Vendors can also ask to store materials in the storage/coat room. There will be no security personnel posted in the exhibit space (Aurora III). Neither the RMDIAI nor Hotel Colorado will be responsible for the security of exhibit materials or equipment. If you need to make special arrangements for security, please contact the RMD-IAI as soon as possible. Cancellation Policy Notice of cancellation must be made in writing (no exceptions) and sent to Kimberly Gilbreath at [email protected] Cancellations received 30 business days prior to the event will be refunded 50% of the cost of the sponsorship. Cancellations made after that time will not receive any refund. The RMD-IAI reserves the right to cancel the contract for any reason. In case of cancellation the sole liability of the RMD-IAI is limited to a refund of the sponsorship fee. |
