RMDIAI would like to invite you and your company to exhibit your product line or services at the Rocky Mountain Division of the International Association for Identification's (RMDIAI) 2025 Educational Conference to be held September 10-12, 2025, at Hotel Colorado in
beautiful Glenwood Springs, Colorado Some of the benefits of showcasing your business at the conference include:

We kept our 2024 exhibitor prices for 2025, so for only $500 for a single table (6' of exhibit space) or $750 for a double table (12' of exhibit space), you don't want to miss this opportunity!

Glenwood Springs is a scenic mountain community in the Roaring Fork Valley along the Colorado River. Located approximately 180 miles west of Denver International Airport on 1-70, the drive to Glenwood Springs is perhaps the most scenic anywhere along 1-70.
Rich in history and culture, Glenwood Springs is home to a vibrant dining scene, boutique shopping, scenic golf courses, and an endless list of outdoor fun. Rooms at Hotel Colorado are available at the group rate of $180/night. This rate includes three days prior to the conference and three days following the conference so that you also have the option to enjoy more of what Glenwood Springs has to offer. |

Wednesday, September 10th from 8:00am to 5:00pm Thursday, September 11th from 8:00am to 3:30pm Tables may be set up starting Tuesday evening, September 09th Tables must be dismantled by 10:00pm Thursday evening, September 11th Exhibitors are encouraged to attend both Wednesday and Thursday. There is no penalty for late arrival or early departure from the exhibit space. Cancellation Policy
Notice of cancellation must be made in writing (no exceptions) and sent to Kimberly Gilbreath at [email protected] Cancellations received 30 business days prior to the event will be refunded 50% of the cost of the sponsorship. Cancellations made after that time will not receive any refund. The RMD-IAI reserves the right to cancel the contract for any reason. In case of cancellation the sole liability of the RMD-IAI is limited to a refund of the sponsorship fee. |
Security
There will be no security personnel posted in the exhibit space, however, the exhibition room will be locked at night. Neither the RMDIAI nor Hotel Colorado will be responsible for the security of exhibit materials or equipment. If you need to make special arrangements for security, please contact the RMD-IAI as soon as possible. Shipping
Equipment and materials for exhibitor display tables may be shipped to the conference hotel. As Hotel Colorado can only hold packages for a limited time, we recommend you time shipping so your packages arrive on Monday, September 8, 2025. Vendor Hall Table Layout
For the 12' two table sponsorship packages, there are four 12' double tables, and it is possible for #6 and #7, #14 and #11, #13 and #12 to be joined as 12' tables depending on exhibitor selection. You will only be able to select one option at checkout, however you may reach out to us if you would like to try to combine tables or make a separate selection.
